The website www.viladorului.md belongs to Vila Dorului. By making a reservation, the client accepts these Terms in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The administration reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice.
Check-in time is 14:00. In case of early arrival, luggage storage is available. A valid ID is required. If arrival is delayed more than 5 hours without notice, a charge up to one night may apply.
Check-out time is 12:00. Late departures are subject to additional charges. The room is inspected before departure.
Payment is made at check-in or in advance at booking. Bank cards are accepted. Refunds are made only to the card used for payment.
Children aged 0 to 2 years: Stay free of charge (using existing bedding or a baby cot, subject to availability).
Children aged 2 to 8 years: Will be charged according to the child rate selected at the time of booking.
Persons aged 8 years and older: Are considered adults and will be charged at the full adult rate shown in the booking system.
Cancellation more than 10 days before check-in – 100% refund. Cancellation 3–10 days before – 50% refund. Less than 3 days – non-refundable.
Free services: Wi-Fi, swimming pool, parking, playground, safe. Paid services: Restaurant, SPA area.
Silence from 23:00–07:00. Smoking is prohibited. Weapons, drugs, and flammable materials are forbidden. Guests are responsible for any damage caused.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No.133/2011. Data is used exclusively for reservations and communication. We do not sell data to third parties.

These Terms apply to orders for goods/services placed through the website. Use of the website implies acceptance of the provisions in accordance with Moldovan legislation. The Seller reserves the right to modify the terms without prior notice.
Online payment is processed via bank card using the 3D-Secure standard. During payment, the user is redirected to a secure MAIB page for authentication. Refunds are made only to the card used for purchase. Required data: - Card number - Expiry date - CVC/CVV code - Cardholder name
After order confirmation, the buyer receives delivery information. Delivery within Chisinau and across Moldova is carried out within the communicated timeframe. Delivery may be affected by weather conditions. Upon receipt, the customer must check packaging integrity and fiscal receipt.
According to Law No.105/2003, the buyer has the right to return products within 14 days. Refunds are made to the card used for purchase. Exceptions are defined by applicable law.
Personal data is processed in accordance with Law No.133/2011. Collected data: name, phone, address. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law.
